In accordance with the Federal Law of Personal Information Protection, La Voz de México SA de CV, makes public its policy of privacy and use of personal information, in which at all times it will make sure that the treatment of these is legitimate, controlled and informed, with the purpose of guaranteeing privacy of said information.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

La Voz de México, SA de CV. Located at Carretera Cancún Tulúm Km. 15, Mpio. Benito Juárez, Cancún, Quintana Roo, CP 77560, is solely responsible for the use of personal information according to this notice of privacy.

PURPOSE OF THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information in posession of La Voz de Mexico, SA de CV, through its products, USA Today, MAPA Pocket Guide, Footprints in Mexico and other publications, will be used to:

Publish your information, as well as information regarding your services, products or events, through advertisements previously agreed upon, and published on determined dates in said publications.

TRANSFER

Through the aforementioned publications, USA Today, MAPA Pocket Guide, Footprints in Mexico, the information in their possession can be transferred to subcontracted third parties or those related to the rendering of services, with advertising purposes, market studies or to be used as references.

LIMITATION OF THE USE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to limit the use of your personal information, please send an email to Laura Salazar or notify in writing to Carretera Cancún Tulúm Km. 15, Mpio. Benito Juárez, Cancún, Quintana Roo, CP 77560, addressed to the Administrative Department, in which you state the limits of use of your personal information.

Unless there is prior communication to that effect, authorization of the use of your private information, according to this notice, is taken for granted.

MEANS FOR USING ARCO (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION) RIGHTS

You can Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the use of your personal information by sending a written petition addressed to our Administrative Department, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which contains the following information:

• Name
• Address or email for communication in response to your petition.
• Documents that accredit or authorize you to represent the company on the petition.
• Description of the personal information on what you pretend to use the ARCO rights on.
• Any other resource, which allows for the finding of the personal information on the petition.

MEANS FOR REVOKING CONSENT

Consent can be revoked for the use of your personal information by sending a written petition addressed to our Administrative Department, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which specifically contains the reasons for which you revoke your consent.
